- *About the Role**
As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our on-call team, activated primarily during natural disasters, severe weather, or other events that impact communities at a regional or national level. This is an on-call position, and shift availability is determined by the frequency and severity of emergency events. You may experience extended periods without available shifts, sometimes lasting weeks.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of reputed company operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
