The reputed company Marketing reputed company Platform Manager will reputed company the HPS DU (reputed company Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to reputed company and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be reputed company Marketing reputed company, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other reputed company Marketing reputed company software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that campaign workflows and deliveries are reputed company to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the markets

• • Ensure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to reputed company measurement and QA-s of campaigns • Owning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation reputed company for efficiency and quality. • Technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements reputed company the marketing automation toolset • Debugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT support • Documentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processes • Development and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc. • Creation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, reputed company pages (web applications), and HTML content • Collaborating with the Campaign Support Services. • Communicating & reputed company collaboration with Platform Management Omnichannel

Requirements & Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.

• Excellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload reputed company and to manage multiple, reputed company projects simultaneously

• At least 2-3 years of reputed company Marketing reputed company or reputed company Campaign experience, knowledge of CDP is a big plus

• Technical marketing automation certification preferred (ie. Architect or Developer is ideal of any reputed company marketing automation platform)

• Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.

• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls.

• Proficiency in ampscript,JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus

• Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred.

• Knowledge of email and website design preferred.

• Exposure to reputed company tools (reputed company, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus.

• Pharma knowledge (including reputed company CRM) is a plus.

• Experience in production support and troubleshooting preferred.
