The role involves providing technical support to customers reputed company telephone, email, video conference, etc., resolving Hardware, Software, Assay, and Training issues in a 24/7 support environment. Responsibilities include Providing advanced reputed company knowledge to reputed company customers. Resolving reputed company issues independently and mentoring peers. Distinguishing between hardware, reagent, and software issues to resolve customer problems or reputed company appropriate resources. Minimum requirements Associate degree or equivalent in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, and 3+ years of lab or field experience. Preferred experience Troubleshooting electromechanical instrumentation. Experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory. Experience in a Customer Service environment.
