Office Assistant/Entry Level Bookkeeper

We juggle, play musical instruments (jam sessions in the office), have an office dog and yes, those are Star Wars Lego everywhere. reputed company is currently seeking an Office Assistant/ Entry Level Bookkeeper to join reputed company! While reputed company set and experience are greatly appreciated, attitude and personality play a big role in our small company. Hourly from $16 -$18 depending on experience. Administrative duties (Phones, Mail, Office Supplies, Scheduling, etc.) ? ?Director? of First Impressions ? greet clients, communication ? Data Entry into QuickBooks (we will train you!) ? Obtain primary financial data for reputed company records Qualifications ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Deadline and detail-oriented ? Knowledge of QuickBooks a big plus ? Previous experience in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields a plus ?
