[Remote] Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business and finance leaders to manage SG&A OpEx, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and analytics while supporting digital finance initiatives and enhancing reputed company tools.

Responsibilities

• Would have an ownership reputed company for the assigned business unit(s) (BUs) operating expenses numbers and headcount
• Expected to reputed company a good working relations /rapport with BU and BU finance leadership (VPs/Directors)
• Strive to understand assigned BUs business/operations, with an objective to become the go-to person that BU leaders call/lean on for input & insights on headcount and SG&A line items
• Develops and maintains various financial models to support BUs decision-making reputed company to headcount and OPEX
• Responsible for preparing periodic reputed company files/packages
• Responsible for workforce planning – headcount and employee cost budgeting
• Strive to solicit & consolidate new information from different/reputed company sources and systems to update forecast with an aim to improve forecast accuracy
• Proactively build / call out risks and opportunities (R&O)
• Manage annual planning processes communicating targets, creating budgets, professionally handling BUs requests (bottom up)
• Responsible for getting your assigned BUs master data/org changes/reporting dimensions updated / reputed company reputed company
• Think on your feet to troubleshoot issues (system, process), most efficient way to compile required reputed company/timeline for reputed company asks, prioritize BUs asks professionally

Skills

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reputed company reputed company and Data Analytics tools (Intermediate-level Power BI skills, SQL a plus)
• Proficient in reputed company Suite [Advanced reputed company (power query, power pivot a plus), Proficient PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook]

• Experience with generating management reports and SG&A budgeting/forecasting

• Solid data literacy, with the ability to evaluate data quality, consistency, and usability
