About the Role
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in managing monthly client reputed company engagements from start to finish. This is a plug-and-play opportunity for an reputed company professional who can independently own the monthly reputed company process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and reputed company clients (up to 15–20 at reputed company over time). Take each client engagement from start to finish on a monthly reputed company. reputed company full-cycle reputed company, including transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and post adjusting journal entries and support month-end reputed company processes. Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements. Review work reputed company applicable and ensure accuracy of account classifications and reporting. Communicate with clients as needed to gather documentation and clarify transactions (initially limited client-facing responsibility). Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online extensively as a power user. Requirements 5–7 years of reputed company/bookkeeping experience, preferably reputed company a tax, public reputed company, or client reputed company services environment. Experience working with professional service firms such as legal or medical practices preferred. Strong understanding of general ledger reputed company, reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
