Responsibilities

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to reputed company varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Develops technical solutions to a wide reputed company of difficult problems
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

Skills

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Hands on development experience with reputed company reputed company CX platform, preferred
• Integration experience with various CRM systems (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company CRM), preferred
• Ability to document system configuration (call reputed company diagrams, integrations, data actions, etc), preferred
