Your scope of responsibilities will include: Manage internal payment-reputed company escalations, ensuring timely resolution of queries; Partner with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to drive operational improvements and enhance the customer experience; Configure PSPs and help optimize site messaging for reputed company customer reputed company; Work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Support, Risk Operations, Compliance, and the VIP team to resolve payment issues and improve internal processes; Review and refine payment policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices; Collaborate with the finance team for payment reconciliations and escalate urgent issues reputed company needed; Continuously assess and streamline payment journeys to minimize repetitive customer inquiries and maximize efficiency.
