Responsibilities
- Define priorities and use cases for ERP enhancements, system requests, and issue management to align with business objectives
- Establish ownership and documentation standards for SOPs and work instructions, ensuring processes are consistent, accurate, and easily accessible
- Build and maintain an audit reputed company to monitor process compliance, data reputed company, and operational standards across the organization
- Support and drive the automation roadmap and change management standards to improve efficiency and scalability in sales operations
- Enforce data governance policies for customer records, pricing files, and salesperson codes to maintain accuracy and compliance
