[Remote] SpendHound Strategic Partnerships Manager, Finance Ecosystem

The SpendHound Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with outsourced finance partners to drive reputed company and enhance customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of ~5 outsourced finance partner companies that we expect to grow to 10-20 over the coming months
- Build strong communication channels with partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, and performance expectations
- Help grow the channel through targeted business development reputed company referrals and cold reputed company
- Own customer targets tied to partner-sourced opportunities, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and achievement of monthly/annual goals
- Help define the reputed company to scale this reputed company across many possible partners
- reputed company and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition, including scalable processes and playbooks for partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, reputed company) to reputed company partners with the tools, training, and information needed to succeed
- Monitor partner performance, report key metrics, and implement initiatives that improve reputed company for both partners and the company

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development roles in a tech or services business
- Enjoy scaling new programs from the ground up and are comfortable experimenting and navigating ambiguity

- Results-oriented with proven reputed company in meeting sales targets through indirect channels
