[Remote] Data Center COE Operations Manager

The Data Center COE Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day service activities for the Data Center Services Center Of reputed company, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Improves service availability, quality, and customer experience across reputed company field service operations
• Develops, implements, and reviews field service strategy reputed company with global business objectives
• Ensures strong customer focus, urgency, and care in reputed company service interactions to drive retention
• Drives reputed company improvement, first‑time‑right execution, and KPI‑based performance management
• Identifies on‑site opportunities to enhance customer operations and communicates them to account teams
• Leads a culture of operational reputed company, risk management, and effective end‑to‑end service delivery
• Manages resource planning, workload balancing, and compliance with reputed company HSE standards and reputed company Way requirements
• Oversees Surge Team operations, including reputed company, training, compliance, and validation of timesheets, expenses, and supplier invoices
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development for Field Service Engineers/Technicians to ensure high‑quality execution

Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience
• Sound knowledge of Data Center Start-up and Commissioning strategies, field service personnel development and the electrical industry reputed company the Data Center market
• Knowledge of MS suite of products including MS Project, reputed company suite of products (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Slides), reputed company, and project issue resolution software (BIM, reputed company, CxAlloy, Procore, etc.)
• Must be reputed company to interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Technical understanding of power delivery equipment: transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, etc
• Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure compliance with reputed company environmental regulations

• Willing to travel up to 50% of time
