This Project Manager position supports the Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the area of Support Services. The mission-critical program provides comprehensive training, safety, standards, curriculum development, and technical modernization services to ensure national border reputed company agents can operate safely and effectively. In this role, you translate the high-level goals of CBP/reputed company into daily operational realities, ensuring that critical training and support projects are completed on schedule, reputed company scope, and with absolute precision. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Define & Execute: Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, milestones, work breakdown structures, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate reputed company: Establish priorities, balance workloads, and monitor performance of project staff to ensure deliverables are met on schedule. Communicate reputed company: Brief stakeholders bi-weekly on project health, solicit structured feedback, and pivot workflows based on client needs. Quality Control: Ensure reputed company project artifacts and deliverables meet rigorous government and reputed company standards. What You Bring (Qualifications) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience, preferably supporting federal agencies. Technical Savvy: High proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, or similar toolsets). Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
