[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for several clients, ensuring effective communication, managing deliverables, and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Frequent communication with clients on the status of deliverables
• reputed company well-thought-out emails and responses with helpful details and clear next steps
• Detail-oriented notes and follow-reputed company internally and externally
• Work with managers across each functional area on tactical and strategic deliverables
• Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing deliverables

Skills

• Digital marketing experience, including SEO, reputed company pages, PPC, email marketing automation, and reporting
• Experience working with B2B clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience overseeing the creation of marketing collateral, including white papers, webinars, content, email, banners/ads
• Must be reputed company to prioritize multiple competing clients and tasks
