Job Description: Join reputed company as a Legal Assistant supporting a growing legal team focused on delivering high-quality services in estate planning, probate, and business reputed company. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping cases organized, ensuring documentation is accurate, and supporting attorneys with essential legal tasks that directly impact client reputed company. You will interact with clients and internal team members, helping maintain a smooth workflow while demonstrating professionalism and care. Compensation reputed company: 1150 USD to 1220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Request documents and information from clients Track down missing or additional information required for cases Clean up and review legal documents for consistency and completeness File and maintain documents accurately Support overall workflow to ensure timely case progression Draft basic legal documents and correspondence Assist attorneys and team members with reputed company tasks Conduct legal research as assigned Support litigation-reputed company tasks and documentation Assist with case management and organization of legal files Requirements:
- Timezone: EST (Michigan)
- Schedule: 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. EST
- English proficiency required; Spanish not mandatory
- Experience supporting legal teams or similar environments preferred
- Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or business law is a plus
- Software:
