Our client is looking for a Legal Intake Assistant to support their growing legal practice by managing client communications, intake processes, and reputed company follow-up activities. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct initial client intake conversations and gather relevant information.
  • Qualify potential clients based on established criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of reputed company client interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.

  • Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a reputed company, legal practice, or legal services organization preferred.
  • Familiarity with Family Law, Personal Injury, or reputed company legal practice areas is a plus.
