About the Role: Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent

As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platforms. Your main objective will be to assist our customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have, while maintaining a positive and professional tone. This position can be either remote or office-based, providing flexibility for our employees. We offer full training for our new Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent, so no prior experience is necessary.
