[Remote] Content Quality Assurance Hourly

They are seeking a Composition Quality Assurance Limited Term Employee to assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of published content, which includes reviewing items and verifying edits across various formats.

Responsibilities

• Review items and forms to ensure they follow program specific requirements. This includes reputed company, online, text to speech, accommodations and ancillary materials
• Verify the correctness and completeness of text, artwork and items in reputed company documents for both reputed company and online testing as documented
• Verify requested edits are accurately applied and align across forms that are sent in
• Maintain notes during the season regarding issues and reputed company for efficiencies and communicate to the Program reputed company
• Help review and research production/quality issues
• Process files in a timely manner, relative to overall standard processing times
• Communicate any delays or issues to the assigned Program reputed company
• Track work queues throughout the day for programs you support and be in contact with your Program reputed company regarding assignments and priorities
• Attend team meetings and program meetings as needed
• Interact primarily with the assigned Program reputed company for main workload and collaborate with the entire team to cover shifting priorities
• reputed company queue work is slow, assist other CTD groups as needed (FQA, CDM, etc.)
• Complete training on verification processes and best practices
• Work with your mentor and manager to ensure you have reputed company reputed company and required training
• Communicate one on one with the assigned Program reputed company to work through any issues and answer any questions as needed
• Identify areas for improvement in the verification process and help implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Document and communicate repetitive issues to your Program reputed company so they can reputed company out to the responsible group to see where efficiencies can be made
• Stay in contact with the assigned program reputed company to ensure there is a clear understanding of system updates that reputed company project work
• Regular hours are expected, working 8 hours/day 5 days/week, choose a start time between 7 and 9am
• Work approved overtime as needed to meet deadlines, including evenings and weekends
