Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support and resolving issues reputed company.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues in a professional and courteous manner.
