[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will reputed company the full lifecycle of PaaS platform implementations for reputed company clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery while managing client relationships and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client program leadership throughout the full implementation lifecycle (contract signing through operationalization)
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders at banking and insurance organizations
- reputed company client-facing governance sessions, program status reviews, and escalation conversations with confidence and reputed company
- Guide clients through reputed company, push back reputed company necessary, and proactively surface risks before they become problems
- Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs from initial planning through operational handover
- Quarterback cross-functional internal teams including Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify risks, scope changes, and opportunities early and drive them to resolution with urgency pulling in the right team members
- Translate reputed company client challenges into structured, actionable delivery plans
- Continuously refine delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in program or project management in a client-facing delivery role
- Minimum 3 years delivering technology solutions directly to external clients in BFSI (banking, financial services, or insurance)
- Demonstrated experience owning reputed company client relationships at the executive level
- Proven ability to build delivery frameworks, governance models, and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- Working knowledge of SaaS/PaaS delivery models and reputed company systems integration
- Comfort navigating technical conversations with engineering and product teams while keeping clients focused on business reputed company
- A proactive communicator who escalates early and never lets surprises reputed company the client
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complexity into a clear, compelling narrative
