They are seeking a Digital Scheduling and reputed company Program Manager to reputed company and support the reputed company reputed company and MyChart teams, focusing on project reputed company, stakeholder collaboration, and optimization of digital scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reputed company and MyChart teams with design reputed company needed
• Determine resource allocation and planning needs
• Create project documentation tools to support the work
• Maintain tasks and milestones according to the project timelines
• Ensure the reputed company scheduling tools (decision trees, Fast Pass, scheduling tickets) are implemented as planned
• Ensure the MyChart scheduling tools (reputed company, direct, and scheduling tickets) are implemented as planned
• reputed company the post-live specialty reputed company-ins required for both MyChart and reputed company
• Be the reputed company person for reputed company and MyChart scheduling-reputed company escalations
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program reputed company
• Ensure pre-requirements for launching digital tools are addressed with operational reputed company optimization and change management prior to the reputed company project reputed company
• Assist with driving standardization of scheduling workflows across reputed company clinics
• reputed company data-driven reputed company on workflow optimizations, engaging stakeholders as needed
• Create project requests and track optimization requests
• Participate in reputed company scheduling-reputed company meetings to maintain continuity and support decision-making
• Deliver regular status updates at key leadership meetings

Skills

• Five (5) plus years' experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management with a successful project management track record in full life cycle information technology implementation projects, with a proven record of execution to time and budget
• Epic, or other supporting software certified in relevant module
• High School Diploma/GED
• Epic Certification in one or more of the following modules: reputed company, MyChart, Referrals, and/or Ambulatory
• reputed company IT portfolio or program management with the ability to manage large-scale IT systems implementations
• reputed company work experience in clinic/outpatient reputed company setting, and/or clinic call center
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Management, Business or reputed company field
