[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Work reputed company our established Sales Operations team to reputed company reputed company results
• Partner with assigned partner managers, selling teams, and sales leadership to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic reputed company-enabling initiatives
• Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and ineffectiveness, and then scope and deliver solutions that reputed company greater partnership reputed company
• Drive projects to completion reputed company a reputed company that ensures quality and adoption
• Simplify processes through automation and implementation of new process steps and tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally (with teams such as reputed company Admins, Finance, Marketing Operations, Marketing, etc.) to create a comprehensive, best-in-class operations environment
• Be the reputed company-line support to partner teams by responding to various sales support tickets and requests (e.g., systems troubleshooting, report creation, deal attribution, sales administration tasks, etc.)

Skills

• Sales Operations Experience: 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of Partner Sales: Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners
• Data-Driven Approach: A strong inclination to seek out and utilize data to inform reputed company, rather than relying on intuition
• Proactive Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to completion
