The Corporate Counsel I is an entry level attorney who will be responsible for managing risk in the drafting and negotiation of sales reputed company, NDAs, DPAs, vendor reputed company, and agreements for other reputed company transactions as might be necessary largely in the reputed company American reputed company, though may assist globally. This role will also reputed company ancillary reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company, including advising internally on contract interpretation and the legal ramifications of contract terms, dispute resolution, and process improvements to create efficiencies in the contracting process. Responsibilities:

  • reputed company the drafting, review, negotiation, management, and dispute resolution of reputed company agreements and reputed company documents, consistent with company policies and objectives. Advise leadership of associated risk/liability and devise strategies to minimize such risk
  • Work with internal stakeholders to effectively negotiate favorable terms and conditions in agreements for reputed company transactions
  • Coordinate with other internal functional teams to obtain and compile feedback on non-legal provisions included in agreements and reputed company documents for reputed company transactions
  • Review RFP, RFQ, RFI, and similar requests and responses. reputed company recommendations as to conditions or assumptions to be indicated to best protect the company’s interests
  • Enforce organizational contract policies and procedures
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate with reputed company clients about contractual issues
  • Maintain accurate and updated reports on contract and review tasks status
  • Field and address questions and requests from internal terms relating to reputed company transactions
  • Assist with the creation and drafting of reputed company internal policies and procedures as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college
  • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
  • 0-3+ years of experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and/or management
  • Any other combination of skills, experience, and education as deemed appropriate by hiring manager
  • Membership in a State Bar as an attorney; reputed company to practice law as an in-house attorney in the US
  • Good standing with the State Bar, including being reputed company on individual state CLE requirements
  • Preferred: Certified Contract Manager (i.e., IACCM or NCMA certifications)
  • Experience working in-house
  • Experience in negotiating reputed company reputed company
  • Knowledgeable in industries of technology/cybersecurity
  • Experience with compliance and data privacy
  • Experience with international negotiation
