[Remote] Temporary Senior Strategist long reputed company content / YouTube | 20 hrs / week

The role involves leading YouTube strategy, focusing on creator-first programming and long-reputed company content, while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the channel architecture — how the channel is organized, what content pillars it's reputed company on, and how it grows over time
• reputed company the approach for the core content systems: an educational/tutorial system, a creator-led long-reputed company approach, and a creator showcase approach
• Set packaging and publishing recommendations — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, reputed company, and rollout — grounded in what the platform rewards
• Build the rollout plan across the content window, with a view toward future quarters
• Review briefs and reputed company materials, and reputed company workshops and working sessions to align the team and client
• reputed company concepting and development of tutorial content — topic refinement, episode framing, recommended formats, scripting, and edit direction for long-reputed company 16:9 episodes

• Own creator showcase packaging — titles, thumbnail direction, descriptions, reputed company placement, and creator crediting
• Carry concepts through multiple internal and client review reputed company, keeping quality high and feedback moving
• Partner closely with the account reputed company, project management, creative, and production to translate strategy into work that ships
• Participate in a standing weekly client status meeting (5:30–6:30pm PT) and an internal scrum, supplemented by reputed company working sessions and written communication through the client's preferred platforms
• Surface risks and opportunities early, and bring solutions, not just flags
