[Remote] Clinician Recruiter

The role involves full cycle reputed company for Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a pipeline of reputed company candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements (i.e., education, experience, technical competencies, travel and/or relocation requirements)
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
• Actively engages in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations reputed company to the clinical positions in order to reputed company a talent pipeline of reputed company and alumni
• reputed company, Recruit, and Pre-screen candidates for a variety of reputed company sets and multiple positions to include contract, contract to perm and permanent placement opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resource Management, Business Administration, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience
• In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
