[Remote] Training Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Training Specialist responsible for delivering and continuously improving training programs for Tier 1, Payroll Implementation Specialists, and HCM Implementation Specialists. The role focuses on reputed company new hires and enhancing the skills of existing associates to meet operational standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and facilitate training programs for Tier 1, Payroll IS, and HCM IS roles, including new hire reputed company and ongoing development
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and knowledge reputed company content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, define learning objectives, and reputed company targeted solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and continuously improve training programs based on operational changes and feedback
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions and support blended learning approaches to maximize knowledge transfer
• reputed company and administer assessments to measure knowledge retention and training effectiveness
• reputed company coaching and feedback to associates to reinforce learning and improve performance
• Ensure alignment of training content with SOPs, system updates, and organizational standards

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HCM, or reputed company Operations roles
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs

• Experience working with Tier 1, Payroll IS, or HCM IS reputed company programs
