[Remote] Support Operations Specialist - Global Sales

The Global Sales Support Operations Specialist will support Global Sales by optimizing CRM processes, managing data, and enhancing operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM data, including account transfers, auditing renewal opportunities, updating orphan accounts, and monitoring reputed company opportunities
- Deliver weekly reports on reputed company leads, create custom CRM views for sales, and track common CRM issues through helpdesk tickets
- Maintain CRM guides, reputed company communications for new initiatives, and reputed company user support for CRM-reputed company issues
- Create and manage CRM campaigns, including tracking event invitations and reporting to leadership
- Validate and update CRM hierarchies and sales keys, including auditing global keys and ensuring the correct assignment of Business Unit Leaders
- Monitor and follow up on opportunities based on their phases, estimated reputed company dates, and next steps
- Review and maintain the accuracy of sales keys and membership lists and standardize CRM account groups and hierarchies

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years in SHI sales or sales support role
- Bachelor's Degree
