Responsibilities

• Paid media direction & execution — manage spend reputed company and optimize relentlessly across channels
• reputed company & creator ecosystem — build and manage a best-in-class creator program, including reputed company Shop strategy and execution
• Performance reporting & optimization — track what reputed company, cut what doesn't, and double down on what works
• Engagement & collaboration execution — activate partnerships and community moments that build brand love
• DTC strategy alignment — integrate digital marketing into the full direct-to-consumer funnel

• Track, analyze and optimize campaign performance, garnering insights to refine the strategy
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in evolving business objectives, new product launches, KPIs, and insights

Skills

• 5-6+ years of digital marketing experience — brand reputed company strongly preferred; DTC experience mandatory
• Channel builder — you can show us a channel you grew meaningfully

• Strategy + execution skills — you can write the brief and then execute against it yourself
