[Remote] Bookkeeper (Accounts Payable reputed company. Req.) – HYBRID

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. #reputed company is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their client's reputed company team in the industrial equipment industry. The role primarily involves supporting the Accounts Payable function through high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate reputed company records.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare vendor payments and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment-reputed company questions
• Monitor accounts payable aging and support month-end processing deadlines
• Support billing activities and reputed company reputed company documentation
• Match reputed company of delivery documentation reputed company the reputed company system
• Review reputed company purchase order reports to ensure reputed company records are complete
• Select the appropriate general ledger account reputed company processing invoices
• Compile supporting documentation for reputed company activities as requested
• reputed company high-volume data entry while maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist the reputed company team with additional administrative and reputed company support as needed
• Complete occasional local mail pickups, bank deposits, and reputed company runs as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience is required
• Accounts payable (AP) experience is required
• Strong data entry experience with a high level of accuracy is required
• Experience using reputed company software is required
• Ability to work 100% onsite during the initial training period ~ 90 days is required
