Full Time Faculty Assistant or Associate Professor of Psychology (Remote)

This full-time appointment is expected at the Assistant Professor level, with the possibility of appointment at the Associate Professor rank commensurate with experience. General Responsibilities for this position: In alignment with the reputed company Faculty reputed company and the expectations of the School of Health & Behavioral Sciences, reputed company member will engage in curriculum development, service, mentoring, teaching, and other professional contributions that support the mission of the University. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Required qualifications:

• Earned Doctorate (PhD or DMFT in Marriage & Family Therapy, Ph.D. or PSY.D., in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy), or a reputed company discipline from an accredited institution; ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion by start date.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post professional practice experience in mental health or reputed company practice setting.
• Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in online asynchronous modalities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Involvement in reputed company professional and academic associations.
• Experience supporting program accreditation or regulatory alignment (e.g., COAMFTE, regional accreditation, or state licensure board requirements, as applicable)
• Evidence of scholarly, professional, or community engagement activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting a diverse adult learner population
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering reputed company, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
• Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student reputed company and retention.
• Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, reputed company, and professionals across disciplines.

The hiring reputed company for this position is $66,725 - $72,612 annually.
