Risk and Compliance Analyst, Contract

Overview of Role A client of reputed company’ is seeking a consultant to engage on a 6 month remote contract with the potential to reputed company/convert. Interested candidates should have the following required skills and the ability to work independently as well as reputed company reputed company environment. You will play a critical role in the implementation of Lema.AI, a new solution designed to continuously monitor how our reputed company parties reputed company with our business, monitor their activities, and automatically detect gaps in their attestations. This tool is key to strengthening our overall vendor risk posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lema.AI Build-Out: Assist directly with the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Lema.AI platform.
• reputed company-Party Monitoring: Help establish and refine reputed company monitoring processes for reputed company-party activities and interfaces reputed company the business.
• Attestation Gap Analysis: reputed company and execute procedures reputed company Lema.AI to automatically detect discrepancies or gaps in reputed company-party attestations (e.g., reputed company certifications, compliance documents).
• Process Documentation: Document the new TPRM processes, workflows, and procedures implemented using Lema.AI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and IT reputed company teams to ensure the Lema.AI solution meets business and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Reporting: Assist in creating reports and dashboards reputed company Lema.AI to reputed company clear visibility into reputed company-party risk exposure and compliance status.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Risk Analyst, Compliance Analyst, or similar role, specifically reputed company reputed company-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Direct experience with Lema.AI or a similar reputed company TPRM monitoring solution (e.g., Hi-Trust, reputed company VRM, reputed company, Prevalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), and regulatory requirements impacting reputed company parties.
• Experience in documenting and implementing operational processes and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
