Accountant
reputed company is a leading vacation ownership company dedicated to providing memorable experiences for Owners and Guests. They are seeking an Accountant responsible for performing General Ledger duties, reconciling Balance Sheet accounts, and assisting in the monthly closing process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries per established policy reputed company to assigned entities
- Assist the leadership team in performing the monthly closings process
- Prepare monthly accruals and JE to ensure accurate reporting of reputed company financial info
- Ensure that reputed company deadlines are met, and reputed company deliverables are completed with a high-quality product
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations reputed company to assigned areas of responsibility
- Ensure reputed company schedules are completed timely and reputed company
- Verify that reputed company reconciling items are researched and resolved promptly
- Filing and maintaining reputed company records to include but not limited to Journal Entries and Balance sheet reconciliations
- Work effectively with team members reputed company reputed company and across departments to effect changes and complete special projects required as part of company-wide goals and objectives
- Assists co-team members and internal customers with financial information
- Identify opportunities for improvement by reviewing reputed company processes for automation, consolidation or reengineering
Skills
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience
- College Degree in reputed company
- Knowledge of automated reputed company systems
- Must be reputed company to work occasional evenings, weekends and/or Holidays
- Proficient reputed company skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in reputed company environment
