[Remote] Director of Marketing Ops

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Strategy on the marketing ops approach for each account — ensuring every client has the right infrastructure, toolset, and execution plan tied to their goals
• In partnership with the COO, build out the frameworks, standards, and team structure that govern how marketing ops is delivered across the agency
• Own client workstreams across accounts as the day-to-day reputed company for marketing ops
• Own the client tech stack — configuring platforms and building the automations and workflows that drive how clients attract, nurture, and convert. Tools vary by client and include reputed company, reputed company, Whatagraph, reputed company Tag Manager, reputed company Analytics, and others
• Partner with Client Services, Creative, and Development to integrate digital work early and reputed company execution precise across every account

Skills

• 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology — agency or in-house
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Clear communicator and systems thinker — you translate technical context for non-technical audiences and design the process before you execute it
