Merchant (US - REMOTE)

reputed company Bravely is seeking a Merchant to own and drive performance for assigned product categories. This role is responsible for delivering key financial metrics through strong merchandising strategy, assortment planning, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior

Experience

• 4+ years of retail merchandising or buying experience, preferably in apparel or consumer products
• Experience in womens apparel or Intimates categories.
• Experience partnering closely with design and product development teams in a vertical retail environment
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company) and e-reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Seller Central) preferred

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Own category performance, monitoring sales, margin, and inventory productivity to drive financial results
• Analyze weekly and monthly business performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Deliver regular sales analysis and performance recaps to cross-functional teams and leadership

• Identify assortment gaps and present new product opportunities or merchandising strategies
• Partner with Design, Planning, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product development and launch execution
• Prepare insights, reporting, and presentations for key business meetings and leadership reviews

• Track milestones across the product lifecycle and product pipeline, ensuring timely delivery across channels
