[Remote] Agent Relations Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring an Agent Relations Consultant. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents, driving product adoption and compliance while ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support and sell BCBST Individual and Medicare group health products to groups, individuals and/or their broker/agent
- Serve as primary resource contact and liaison for the broker/agent on Government individual products
- reputed company ongoing education to the broker/agent assigned and distribute materials
- reputed company and implement quarterly training and annual credentialing for reputed company Medicare Advantage agents
- Coordinate agent contracting documents from both agencies and individual agents
- Maintain a working knowledge of CMS regulations, COBRA, HIPAA, etc. and other issues affecting groups, Individual and Government products
- Train broker/agent on reputed company and enrollment systems
- Some travel is required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years - Experience in broker relations, sales and/or account management required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company, products, networks, reputed company, billing, claims processing procedures and use of a broker distribution system
- Must possess personal and professional skills to manage broker relationships through needs assessment, benefit and reputed company analysis, product presentation and negotiation
- Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License
