Technical Account Manager BAL

You Will: Conduct the technical operations for our top clients in the Baltics and Balkan markets; Technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding reputed company technical aspects of the campaigns; Management of reputed company technical issues with regard to campaign launching and running process; Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (reputed company) and client’s e-reputed company platform; Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns; Propose optimization solutions for online programs; Cooperate with our technical support team from Headquarter. Desired Experience: About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-reputed company and/or digital advertising; Fluent English (reputed company level); Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), reputed company Tag Manager is reputed company to have; Experience in using reputed company Analytics 4 will be an advantage; Strong analytical skills; Good time management skills and attention to detail; Ability to solve problems reputed company; High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
