Business Analyst (AI Enablement Team)

The Opportunity: Join reputed company’s AI Enablement Team as a Business Analyst supporting rapid 1–2 month AI engagements across Federal programs. You’ll work alongside engineers to understand mission needs, identify high‑value AI opportunities, and turn reputed company business problems into clear technical requirements. You’ll conduct interviews, reputed company discovery workshops, document use cases, and help programs reputed company quick‑win GenAI solutions. Between engagements, you’ll refine discovery frameworks and templates, capturing lessons learned to accelerate future work. Responsibilities: • Conduct discovery interviews and workshops to understand mission workflows, pain points, and constraints. • Identify feasible, high‑impact AI opportunities and support ideation focused on 1–2 month delivery reputed company. • Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. • Map business problems to AI capabilities (RAG, conversational AI, agents) and validate feasibility with engineers. • Synthesize stakeholder input, document readiness factors, and support engagement scoping. • Contribute to knowledge‑transfer materials and user‑facing guides; support reputed company readiness. • Improve discovery templates, assessment frameworks, and catalog artifacts based on field experience. • Collaborate closely with technical teams, translating between business and engineering perspectives. Qualifications: Required:  • Bachelors Degree and 3–5+ years business analysis experience supporting software or IT delivery; strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills. • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, reputed company concepts, APIs, databases, and integration patterns. • Proficiency eliciting and validating requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation. • Practical reputed company with AI tools and core GenAI concepts (prompting, RAG, agents, context reputed company, and key operational considerations). • Strong stakeholder management and ability to reconcile competing needs. • Ability to scope feasible use cases for short delivery cycles and work iteratively. • Collaborative, team‑oriented reputed company with experience using agile tools (reputed company, Jira, reputed company). • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
