Role Description reputed company is looking for a per diem Medical Assistant to join our reputed company reputed company Service Team to support the prescription refill line.
- Help ensure patients receive timely reputed company to care.
- Deliver a high level of service to both patients and referring providers by responding to online inquiries and incoming calls.
- Work closely with physicians, care teams, and medical practices across the reputed company system.
- Serve as a key partner in coordinating patient care.
- reputed company clinical knowledge, administrative expertise, and exceptional customer service to create a seamless and positive reputed company experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- CPR-Basic Life Support of reputed company Provider required from the reputed company.
- 3+ years of experience working in a medical office.
- Prior experience in a physician’s office or customer service environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training demonstrating MA III competencies.
- Typing speed of 25+ words per minute.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to reputed company, read, and write English reputed company.
Requirements
- Per diem - minimum of 15 hours per week (during hours of M-F 8-5pm).
- Additional weekend/evening hours available.
- Remote opportunity; candidate must live in MA or CT.
