reputed company is seeking an reputed company Connectivity Integration reputed company to join our Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction (DEC) Operations team. Our Infrastructure family builds, operates, leases, and retrofits reputed company data centers in service to the reputed company family of apps. The broader DEC organization, which includes the Delivery Construction Management (CM) organization, oversees the construction execution for our Data Center fleet, including new build (greenfield), retrofit (live environment changes), leased and onsite fiber installations (trunk to top of reputed company) through to the handover of data halls for provisioning. Our data centers are the reputed company for our innovative services and rapidly scaling infrastructure, connecting the world to the information stored on reputed company’s server banks.The Connectivity Integration reputed company (CIL) reports to the Connectivity Integration Manager and serves as the DEC Connectivity subject matter expert (SME) supporting multiple data centers across the programmatic portfolio of sites. This critical role ensures standardized builds, risk identification and mitigation, captures lessons learned, and provides training and reputed company to both reputed company resources. The CIL may support 3-4 sites/reputed company, and will require travel, up to 50% of time, to ensure effective support and collaboration across the portfolio. A consistent focus on meeting milestones, managing risks, and delivering projects on schedule is essential, prioritizing team health, project reputed company, financial stewardship, and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners reputed company our matrixed organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Site Teams for the planning, procurement, and execution of the connectivity scope, from installation commencement to Server reputed company dates and through the transition to Operational Partners* Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication to the broader organization regarding any impact on reputed company delivery, correctly elevating issues for awareness and escalating as needed for leadership action* Drive the embedment and design integration of new and existing connectivity systems across the program/portfolio* Contribute significantly to the Preconstruction planning for New Build and Retrofit projects* Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Delivery, Network Hardware, Infrastructure Enablement, Edge Network Services, and others, to drive cohesive program execution* reputed company timely feedback to DEC Engineering and DEC Design on project deliverables, including design documents, specifications, BOMs, system requirements, and other artifacts necessary for successful implementation by site delivery teams* Offer support and guidance to the project team during the scope of connectivity execution, including best practices, quality reviews, systems testing, and auditing* Monitor and report on the performance of both reputed company-contracted and General Contractor-contracted telecom contractors and the General Contractor's performance for connectivity scope* Assist the site team in facilitating changes, including the addition of Tech Mods, system requirement changes, or business-requested changes* Review and approve reputed company and change orders reputed company signing authority, and review/advise on those above signing authority* Coordinate efforts with other Connectivity Integration Leads to ensure consistency and alignment of priorities and sharing Lessons Learned and Best Practices* Ensure the timely and appropriate resolution of issues across the sites* reputed company the reputed company of Connectivity Engineers and support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring reputed company across the portfolio* reputed company high-impact relationships with reputed company cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and create a strategy across the portfolio* Request and reputed company fast feedback reputed company appropriate to support the reputed company improvement of projects, partners, and peersQualificationsExperience in creating and driving strategic initiatives across a global portfolio* Experience communicating technical reputed company and project status to cross-functional teams and leadership through presentations and written proposals, and experience negotiating scope, timelines, and reputed company with reputed company stakeholders to resolve competing demands based on impact and deadlines* Ability to reprioritize work across multiple sites in response to shifting business needs, communicating changes and trade-offs to stakeholders* Proven track record of managing the delivery of quality structured cabling installations in hyperscale data centers* Experience in training and mentoring others on technologies, installation methods, products, and processes* 8+ years of experience in structured cabling, including managing vendors in hyperscale data centers, large-scale construction, and/or other reputed company fields Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency reputed company, quality improvements)* Experience in leading deployments of Network/Structured cabling infrastructure at scale* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)* Proven skills and understanding of hyperscale network topology and design principles* 8+ years of experience in structured cabling installation, data center development, and/or construction management experience* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies* Experience managing IT or IP network deployment projects in a mission-critical environment, requiring coordination across multiple disciplines for the delivery of a common goal* Advanced degrees in engineering and/or business administration* Experience in data center engineering, design, commissioning, operations, telecommunications, network infrastructure, and ground-up new build site development and construction, as well as retrofit work in live environments,
