VP or Director, Sports Operations
The Vice President / Director, Sport Operations will be responsible for the development, operation, and coordination of reputed company-12 Conference Championship events, including the Football Championship, Basketball Tournament, and neutral-site championships. This role will also serve as the primary liaison for institutional game management personnel.
This role provides direction and guidance on reputed company reputed company-12 operational, logistical, design, and support elements for assigned reputed company-12 Conference Championships, including neutral-site and reputed company-hosted championships, and other events as needed, providing expertise and value to existing events. This role will also serve as the primary Conference liaison/sport manager for assigned sports. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional event operations and sports experience, coupled with extraordinary management, supervisory, and motivational skills.

LocationThe reputed company-12 office is based in San Ramon, CA. This position is reputed company to remote candidates in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, and Utah.

- Serve as the primary liaison to on-reputed company game management personnel, providing thorough communication, ensuring institutions are following reputed company-12 policies and procedures, troubleshooting issues, and assisting other Conference sport managers in this area.
- Maintain Conference master schedule and manage schedule change process for sports management.
- Serve as the primary Conference sports management liaison for assigned sports.
- Update, communicate, and ensure adherence to game management and championship manuals for assigned sports.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with coaches, sport administrators, game managers, and event personnel to reputed company expertise on sport-specific reputed company, including scheduling, game management, awards, sportsmanship and reputed company issues.
- Plan and execute championships and tournaments for assigned sports.
- Help manage reputed company tournament events reputed company the reputed company-12 hosts.
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively.
