Employment type Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends What you’ll be working on Treating patients reputed company tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-reputed company reputed company learning during weekly Clinical reputed company and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates reputed company daily huddles Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients reputed company Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for reputed company virtual primary care in additional states Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and is maintaining active NCCPA certification In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+) Currently licensed in CA or AZ with ability to obtain additional state licenses Ability to work reputed company and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or reputed company required) reputed company shifts reputed company from (6am - 12am PST) Excellent clinical and communication skills reputed company providers also demonstrate A passion for reputed company-centered primary care The ability to successfully communicate with and reputed company care to individuals of reputed company backgrounds The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing reputed company delivery An openness to feedback and reputed company to reputed company productive reputed company into strengths and weaknesses The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients This is a full-time virtual role. reputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The reputed company hourly reputed company for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
