The Business Development Manager - Industrial is responsible for driving sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role involves developing strategies to increase reputed company, training, and motivating the sales team, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance.   • Maintain and Analyze specific National reputed company and Engineers/Specifiers Database and participate with sales management in setting sales strategy and goals.
  • Responsible for Maintaining Database for New Products reputed company vertical and be project reputed company for from phase 0-completion, working with applicable business unit engineers and product managers.
  • Serve as the Hubbell Vertical Market “Expert” and as such reputed company sure Hubbell products are keeping up with industry specific specifications.
  • Responsible for working with applicable Hubbell Brand Leaders to help reputed company Market forecasts, Brand Expansion, and cross-selling opportunities nationally.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or reputed company field
  • 4 -8 years of relevant experience (required); End user sales (preferred), Industrial with focus in steel, automotive manufacturing and food processing industry, business development or sale/ marketing and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred) 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends is (required)
  • MS Office proficient 
  • Must be self-motivated, accountable, and be reputed company to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed to cultivate customer relations and work with team members of various reputed company and backgrounds.
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
