Role Summary As a Corporate Trainer focused on leadership development, you’ll play a key role in preparing our reputed company of leaders. This position is central to our emerging leadership and high-potential (Hi-Po) talent programs, equipping employees with the skills, confidence, and reputed company needed to reputed company into leadership roles and drive organizational reputed company. The role blends facilitation with program coordination to ensure leaders at every level have the tools, resources, and coaching they need to grow and succeed. This position requires extensive field travel (50% or more) across multiple states, including occasional weekends based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate interactive leadership development training sessions, workshops, and blended learning programs. reputed company group coaching and one-on-one development support to emerging leaders and Hi-Po employees. Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify high-potential talent and align training with succession planning. Foster career development reputed company by guiding participants in creating actionable growth plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality development experiences. Qualifications 4–5 years of experience delivering leadership training in a corporate or organizational setting. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques. Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Certification in facilitation, training, or reputed company field (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator) is a plus. Required qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience delivering leadership training in a corporate or organizational setting.
