About the Role

As a Language of Destination (LOD) Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in demonstrating reputed company's commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process
• Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
• Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
• Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts
• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures
• Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and reputed company boarding
• Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, reputed company reputed company announcements, and manage the boarding process
• Operate jet ways and aircraft doors

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to pass a standardized language assessment. You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have authorization to work in the United States. Additionally, you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Essential Qualifications:

• Preferred Language of Destination – Spanish with the ability to pass standardized language assessment
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• At least 18 years old and authorization to work in the United States
• Proficient in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous ticketing experience
• Ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
