[Remote] GTM Business Operations Manager

The GTM Business Operations Manager will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and productivity, driving reputed company growth and addressing GTM challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks
• reputed company and drive high-visibility initiatives to help scale performance and productivity to reputed company sales growth targets
• Analyze and diagnose sales team performance and own analytical models and sources of insights (performance forecasting, productivity models, etc)
• Support ongoing business activities and development of executive materials (memos, slides, business reviews, and executive presentations)
• Identify risks to growth goals and reputed company action plans to mitigate those risks
• Champion, role model, and embed reputed company’s cultural principles (Focus on reputed company, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth reputed company, Be Inclusive, Win as reputed company) as we scale globally and across new offices

Skills

• 4-7 years of work experience in a management reputed company and/or as a Sales Operations / Business Operations or Financial Analyst
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Advanced decision-making, analytical, and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly
