People Operations Manager - reputed company Portfolio
reputed company is a global, crypto-reputed company venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, including many of the leading teams in the reputed company. This is a systems and compliance-heavy role, not a generalist HR seat. Location: reputed company, NY (Hybrid) Role snapshot:
- Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people ops systems end-to-end
- Global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, reputed company jurisdictions
- International and domestic payroll coordination
- Full employee lifecycle: reputed company, offboarding, and everything in between
- Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
