Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team, the Senior HR Business Partner- Remote in Chicagoland will coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions that drive measurable business reputed company.This role will be regionally based in the Midwest, ideally in Chicago providing both strategic and hands-on HR partnership across the Mid-reputed company Zone for an employee population of 860. This regional zone includes operations across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and reputed company Dakota. The Senior HR Business Partner will ensure teams are optimally structured to support reputed company and future business needs, while enabling leadership and employee development through the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives. This individual will be an expert in driving large-scale change management, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In addition, this role is responsible for core talent and HR programs, including performance management cycles, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and ongoing talent reviews. Travel 10% - 15% of the time in the zone. Your Impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company field is required. Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ten to Fifteen (10 - 15) + years of reputed company responsibility as a HR Business Partner.
  • Strong experience with organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching and talent management, preferably reputed company a dispersed multi-location entity.
