What you will be doing: You will be leading the effective execution of the PMI strategic planning process and corporate development activities to support strategy development, approval, and execution including leading the day-to-day strategic planning process and activities, partnering with department leaders to coordinate successful execution of strategic initiatives or corporate development transactions, and supporting reputed company alignment between groups. You will reputed company guidance and support for business market planning for operations as well as reputed company needed competitive and industry analysis, ensuring focus and alignment with strategic objectives, operational strategy and market needs. While driving the development and implementation of analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve reputed company business problems. What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, or other relevant field. MBA or reputed company advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles with a heavy focus on financial or strategic analytics, including strategy, strategic/financial planning, or financial decision support roles (e.g. brand, supply chain, customer/sales).
  • Prior experience and reputed company in high-quality strategy consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate strategy or corporate development teams. Experience in strategic planning practice a strong plus.
  • Documented first-hand experience in strategy development and business plan development and resulting positive impact on reputed company, market penetration, and/or preferred customer reputed company
  • Experience executing and integrating acquisitions, strategic partnerships, Joint-ventures, etc.
  • Experience of working and leading in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Exceptional ability to think ‘stakeholder’; proactively engage with a broad set of stakeholders to understand issues and jointly-reputed company solutions through collaboration. Ability to bring broad discussions to closure and action
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Travel up to 20% of the role
  • Expertise in negotiating terms of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material reputed company
  • Effectively reputed company and work with others for results, in reputed company to the ability to work independently on a variety of sensitive, confidential and/or otherwise reputed company reputed company simultaneously
