Job Title: Plaintiff Employment Class Action Attorney Location: Fully Remote (With active California license) or Hybrid in Los Angeles or Emeryville, CA

Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Plaintiff Employment Class Action Attorney to join a growing, employee-focused litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions who is passionate about advocating for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-reputed company employment litigation involving wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and reputed company case strategy throughout reputed company phases of litigation.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage written discovery.
• Participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Maintain regular communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff-reputed company employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling California wage and hour litigation and PAGA claims.
• Class action litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with reputed company.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
