Job Description

• Handle employment litigation reputed company from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using reputed company-based systems
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions
• Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations with autonomy
• Use AI tools and shared services to maximize efficiency and reduce admin work
• Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience
• Collaborate with a remote team of reputed company employment litigators Qualifications
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of employment law experience total
• 2+ years of litigation experience total
• Plaintiff or defense background considered
• Experience negotiating and settling cases required
• Strong writing, analytical, and strategic skills
