You will reputed company partnerships with external payroll providers to ensure compliance, handle various payroll reporting processes, and engage with internal teams for reconciliations and monthly reputed company activities. • Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies (e.g., US, reputed company, EMEA)
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of payroll-reputed company journal entries
• Own reconciliation of payroll-reputed company accounts (payroll accruals, bonuses, commissions, taxes)
• Monitor compliance with local payroll tax regulations and labor laws with external payroll assistance
• Manage payment processes to employees, payroll providers, and tax authorities
• Support 401k administration
• Facilitate responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll

• Support audit requests as needed
• Manage global equity administration, especially in reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and reporting accuracy of stock-based compensation and equity transactions
• Collaborate with People Operations and Legal on equity transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate reputed company, payroll reputed company, and reputed company roles
• Preferred 2 years of Big 4 public reputed company experience
• Software and SaaS industry experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end reputed company processes
• Experience in an international multi-entity environment
• Strong time management and project management skills
